Wrack-Type Torture Servitor
A modified pain-servant that will not stop cleanly.
Threat File — Wrack-Type Torture Servitor
TR 5 · DrukhariSaves: Toughness +7
Senses: Sees clearly in dim light and darkness within 60 feet
Remade Flesh. The wrack reduces all incoming damage by 2. The haemonculus removed everything inessential, including most ways to die quickly.
Beyond Pain. The wrack is immune to fear and Frightened, and never makes Morale checks while its coven master or an acolyte lives. It has nothing left to be afraid with.
Poisoned Implements. Melee Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 + 3 piercing damage, and the target makes a Toughness Save DC 13 or is Poisoned until the end of its next turn.
Ossefactor Discharge. (Specialist wracks only.) Ranged Attack: +5 to hit, range 40/120 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 2 rending damage as the target's own skeleton turns against it. On a critical hit, each enemy within 15 feet that can see the target makes a Willpower Save DC 13 or is Frightened until the end of its next turn.
Drag to the Table. One bloodied creature within reach makes a Strength Save DC 13 or is Grappled; the wrack then drags it up to half its Movement toward the coven's collectors.
Morale: Does not make Morale checks — no functional morale remains. It fights until destroyed or its master signals; if the master dies, it simply continues its last instruction forever.
Tactics: Use wracks as a wall the party must carve through while acolytes poison from behind and captives run out of time. They fight without urgency or self-preservation, and their durability should feel wrong for their frame. The horror is the hood coming off; consider never taking it off.
Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Grafted surgical tools and coven brands under the apron — and, under the hood, a face someone in the sector once reported missing.
Enemy Dossier
GM ReferenceA Wrack-Type Torture Servitor is a modified pain-servant — a volunteer, technically — rebuilt by its haemonculus into a durable instrument that will not stop cleanly. Under the hood and apron is a body that has already given up everything but obedience.
Use this enemy as coven line troops: durable, unsettling melee screens that hold the party while worse things are prepared.
Threat Profile: Deceptive durability, poisoned surgical melee, no functional morale, pain immunity, slow, exists to absorb damage its masters find educational.
Remade Flesh. Reduces incoming damage; the haemonculus removed everything inessential, including most ways to die quickly.
Beyond Pain. Immune to fear and never checks Morale while its coven master or acolyte lives; it has nothing left to be afraid with.
Poisoned Implements. Melee attack with grafted surgical tools; failed Toughness Save leaves the target Poisoned.
Ossefactor Discharge. Ranged attack (specialist wracks) that makes the target's own skeleton the weapon; critical hits horrify witnesses into Willpower Saves.
Drag to the Table. Grapples a bloodied target and pulls it toward the coven's collectors at half speed.
Morale: None functional — it fights until destroyed or its master signals; if the master dies, it simply continues its last instruction forever.
