Saves: Toughness +3

// Traits

Unstable Flesh. Roll or pick one mutation per fight: extra limb (one additional Flailing Assault attack), warped hide (+1 Defense), too-long legs (+10 ft. Movement), or leaking gifts (its critical hits deal 1d4 extra warp damage).

Wrong to Look At. The first time each enemy sees the mutant clearly, that enemy makes a Willpower Save DC 11 or takes -1 to its next roll.

// Actions

Flailing Assault. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + 2 slashing damage. On a critical hit, the mutation does something extra and unpleasant at GM discretion.

Lurch. The mutant moves up to half its Movement in a sudden, wrong-jointed surge. This movement does not provoke Reactive Fire from creatures that have not yet acted this round.

Morale: Poor survival instincts; fights past the point of sense, then flees or convulses at random rather than by doctrine.

Tactics: Run it as noise in the enemy formation: it charges early, blocks lanes, and dies badly, but its mutation should make one moment memorable. Mix several with different mutations so the party can never pre-read the threat.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Nothing worth taking except tissue samples; a Magos Biologis or Inquisitorial contact pays for proof of how fast the change is spreading.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

A Warp-Touched Mutant is a human the warp has already started editing: extra joints, wrong eyes, unpredictable gifts. It fights erratically because its own body is an unreliable weapon.

// Battlefield Use

Use this enemy to add unpredictability and body horror to cult fights without the cost of a true monster.

// Threat Profile

Low durability, erratic melee threat, random mutation effects, corruption unease more than raw damage.

// Signature Traits

Unstable Flesh. Roll or pick one mutation per fight: extra limb (extra attack), warped hide (+1 Defense), too-long legs (+10 ft. Movement), or leaking gifts (minor psychic spark).

Wrong to Look At. The first time each enemy sees it clearly, that enemy saves against fear or is shaken (-1 to its next roll).

// Signature Actions

Flailing Assault. Wild melee attack; on a critical hit the mutation does something extra and unpleasant.

Lurch. Sudden erratic movement that does not provoke Reactive Fire from surprised onlookers.

Morale: Poor survival instincts; fights past the point of sense, then flees or convulses at random rather than by doctrine.

Tactics: Run it as noise in the enemy formation — it charges early, blocks lanes, and dies badly, but its mutation should make one moment memorable. Mix several with different mutations so the party can never pre-read the threat.
