Stealth Suit Operator
A hidden battlesuit operator controlling ambush angles.
Threat File — Stealth Suit Operator
TR 7 · T'au EmpireSaves: Agility +6
Proficiencies: Stealth +7, Awareness +5
Senses: Suit sensors see normally in darkness and smoke within 60 feet
Photoreactive Camouflage. The stealth suit counts as concealed against attackers more than 30 feet away; ranged attacks against it at that distance suffer Disadvantage.
Ambush Doctrine. The suit's first attack from concealment each scene gains Advantage and deals one extra die of damage.
Jet-Assisted Withdrawal. After attacking, the suit may move 10 feet without provoking Reactive Fire.
Burst Cannon. Ranged Attack: +6 to hit, range 60/180 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 3 energy damage.
Fade. The suit breaks line of sight and re-enters concealment. It must end this movement in cover or more than 30 feet from all enemies.
Mark and Melt. The suit drops a markerlight on one visible creature (T'au ranged attacks against it gain +2 to hit), then moves up to half its Movement before the cadre's volley lands.
Displacement Hop. When a ranged attack misses the suit, it may move up to 10 feet toward cover or concealment.
Morale: Withdraws when bloodied or when concealment fails; fights to the death only to cover a cadre retreat.
Tactics: Never reveal the suit until it fires, and never leave it where it fired from. Hit isolated party members or rear-line specialists, then displace. Every action the party burns on detection is a round the fire warriors keep shooting.
Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Photoreactive plating and a jet harness; intact camouflage systems are a tech-heresy goldmine.
Enemy Dossier
GM ReferenceA T'au warrior in a light battlesuit wrapped in photoreactive camouflage, fighting a war the party only sees in muzzle flashes. It picks the engagement range, the angle, and the moment — every time.
Use this enemy when you want ambush pressure from a technological ghost, or a recon screen that shoots back and vanishes.
Threat Profile: Medium durability, strong burst-cannon damage, near-permanent concealment, jet mobility, disengages rather than trades.

Morale: Withdraws when bloodied or when concealment fails; fights to the death only to cover a cadre retreat.
Tactics: Never reveal the stealth suit until it fires, and never leave it where it fired from. Hit isolated party members or rear-line specialists, then displace. If the party burns actions on detection, the suit has already won them — the fire warriors are still shooting.
