// Traits

Wall of Sound. The marine's suppression zones are 15 feet across and treat Light Cover as no cover.

Structural Resonance. Each round his zone plays upon a piece of cover, that cover degrades one step; cover degraded twice is destroyed.

Deadened to All But the Music. The marine is immune to fear and to Suppression from noise or pain.

// Actions

Blastmaster Pulse. The marine fires a heavy sonic pulse into a 15-foot zone within 90 feet. Creatures inside make a Toughness Save DC 15, taking 3d8 sonic damage and becoming Pinned by pain until the start of his next turn on a failure, or half damage on a success.

Shatter Note. The marine focuses a killing frequency on one piece of cover or one braced enemy within 90 feet: the cover is destroyed, or the enemy makes a Toughness Save DC 15 or loses its brace and any cover Defense bonus and is knocked Prone.

Rolling Barrage. The marine walks his active suppression zone up to 15 feet, herding whoever it contains. A creature the zone moves over makes a Toughness Save DC 15 or takes 2d8 sonic damage.

// Reactions

Crescendo Hold. When a Pinned creature in his zone stands up or leaves the zone, the marine may spike the volume: that creature takes 2d8 sonic damage.

Morale: Holds his firing position while the composition demands it; retreats only on his squad's cue, still firing in tempo.

Tactics: He is area denial that walks — target where the party is densest and move the zone to herd them into worse ground. Pair him with melee threats who collect whatever the sound flushes out. Spreading out beats him; make the party discover that under pressure.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Blastmaster resonance coils survive their bearer and are the rarest components in heretical sound-tech — and the loudest evidence to carry.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

A Sonic Blaster Marine is heavy sonic suppression in power armor: a walking wall of pressure that breaks cover, nerve, and formation in the same sweep. Where he aims, the party's plan gets loud and then gets simple.

// Battlefield Use

Use this enemy to strip the party out of cover and formation — a suppression platform whose zones hurt to occupy and cost to leave.

// Threat Profile

High durability, wide-zone sonic suppression, cover degradation, pain-based Pinned pressure, morale erosion, less dangerous to spread-out targets.
