Threat File — Slaaneshi Lord
TR 15 · Traitor AstartesSaves: Agility +12, Willpower +11, Presence +12
Proficiencies: Command +11, Guile +12, Athletics +10
Magnetic Ruin. Enemies that start their turn within 30 feet of the lord make a Willpower Save DC 17 or spend that turn unable to attack him, transfixed.
Perfect Tempo. The lord always acts first in the round, and once per round he negates one Reactive attack against him outright.
Court of Excess. Slaaneshi allies within 60 feet gain +1 to hit and never make Morale checks while the lord performs.
Blade of a Thousand Regrets. The lord makes three flickering melee attacks split among up to two targets: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 2d10 + 6 slashing damage. A creature hit at least once makes a Willpower Save DC 17 or has Disadvantage on its next attack, overcome by sensation.
The Compliment. The lord speaks to one enemy within 60 feet that can hear him. It makes a Willpower Save DC 17 or obeys one suggested action — hold, approach, kneel — chosen to humiliate rather than kill.
Ecstatic Flourish. The lord turns the killing floor into a stage: every enemy within 20 feet makes a Willpower Save DC 17, taking 3d8 sonic damage and becoming Exposed until the end of its next turn on a failure, or half damage on a success.
Encore. When the lord reduces a creature to 0 Vitality, he immediately moves up to his speed and makes one Blade of a Thousand Regrets attack (one strike), savoring the moment.
Morale: Leaves any fight the instant it bores him, unhurt and amused; he fights to the end only for an audience he considers worthy, which the party should have to earn.
Tactics: Introduce him before the fight — at the ball, the negotiation, the surrender parley — so the combat is personal. In battle he duels the character he finds most interesting and directs his court against the rest. Give the encounter a spectacle-objective: a performance to interrupt, captives to free before the finale, an exit he plans to make. Killing him should require denying him the ending he wants.
Loot / Evidence / Hooks: His signet opens doors in three noble houses that believe him a patron; the invitations in his effects implicate half the sector's high society.
Enemy Dossier

Use this enemy as the campaign boss of a Slaaneshi arc — a villain the party has met socially, been charmed by, and must now survive.
Extreme speed and initiative, apex dueling melee, charm and morale domination, reaction denial, command over cultists and daemons, dangerous in conversation and combat alike.
