// Traits

All-Terrain Stride. The walker ignores difficult terrain and steps over cover and obstacles that stop wheeled vehicles.

Light Walker Armor. Any single ballistic or las attack that deals 8 or less damage is shrugged off and deals no damage. Anti-armor weapons and attacks against the leg actuators (called shot at Disadvantage) ignore this trait.

Open Cockpit. The pilot can be targeted directly with a called shot at Disadvantage (pilot Defense 15, Vitality 14). A dead pilot is a parked gun: the walker takes no further actions.

// Actions

Multi-Laser Sweep. Ranged Attack: +6 to hit, range 100/300 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 3 las damage. The walker may split the sweep across two targets within 10 feet of each other, making one attack roll against each.

Crush Step. Melee Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 4 bludgeoning damage, and the target makes an Agility Save DC 14 or is knocked Prone and Pinned under wreckage until it spends an action to pull free.

Bounding Reposition. The walker moves up to its full Movement through rough ground. Suppressed creatures cannot make Reactive Fire against this movement.

// Reactions

Pivot and Fire. When a creature ends its movement in the walker's forward arc within 60 feet, the walker may make one multi-laser attack against it at -2 to hit.

Morale: Pilot morale: withdraws when armor is compromised or infantry closes to grenade range. Scout pilots prefer living to winning.

Tactics: Come from the flank the terrain protects, hit hard, and relocate before the anti-armor answer arrives. With infantry screening its legs it anchors a whole engagement; reward players who target the pilot or mire its footing.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: A salvageable multi-laser, patrol maps flagged with routes and blind spots, and a walker chassis a Tech-adept could love back to life.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

A Sentinel-Type Walker is a light one-crew walker carrying a heavy weapon where infantry cannot easily follow — over rubble, through swamp, down alleys. It is a heavy weapons team with legs and a view.

// Battlefield Use

Use this vehicle for patrols, pursuit, and fire support that flanks through terrain the party assumed was safe.

// Threat Profile

Threat Profile: Light walker armor, heavy-weapon punch, excellent rough-terrain mobility, exposed pilot, vulnerable to anti-armor fire, called shots, and close assault.

// Signature Traits

All-Terrain Stride. Ignores difficult terrain and steps over cover that stops wheeled vehicles.

Open Cockpit. The pilot can be targeted with a hard called shot; a dead pilot is a parked gun.

Stalk Pattern. Gains Advantage on Stealth in dense terrain despite its size; the first the party hears is the hydraulics.

// Signature Actions

Multi-Laser Sweep. Heavy ranged attack that can walk fire across two adjacent targets.

Crush Step. Melee stomp against adjacent infantry; failed Agility Save leaves the target Pinned under wreckage.

Bounding Reposition. Moves through rough ground to a new angle without provoking Reactive Fire from Suppressed targets.

Morale: Pilot morale — withdraws when armor is compromised or infantry closes; scout pilots prefer living to winning.

Tactics: Come from the flank the terrain protects, hit hard, and relocate before the party's anti-armor answer arrives. Alone it is a solvable elite threat; with infantry screening its legs it anchors a whole engagement. Reward players who target the pilot or mire its footing.
