Saves: Toughness +5, Willpower +6

// Traits

The Toll. Each round the bell rings, plague allies within 60 feet gain +5 ft. Movement and do not make Morale checks. The sound reaches further than any gun in the cult.

Dirge of Despair. Enemies who can hear the bell suffer -1 to saves against fear and despair effects. Earplugs help, and feel ridiculous.

Ring Until Broken. If the bearer falls, the bell's aura persists until the end of the next round, and any plague devotee adjacent to it may take it up as a free action, becoming the new bearer.

// Actions

Sound the Gathering. All poxwalkers and rabble within 60 feet immediately move up to their Movement toward a point the bearer chooses.

Knell of Surrender. One enemy within 60 feet that can hear the bell makes a Willpower Save DC 13 or is Pinned by crushing lethargy until the end of its next turn.

Bell-Haft Strike. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + 2 bludgeoning damage.

Morale: Does not flee. It rings the bell until its arms fail, and considers that a life well spent.

Tactics: Place it centrally and let the bell organize everything mindless on the field — it converts hazards into a directed offensive. The sound gives it away instantly, so its protection is depth: rot-bearers and walkers between it and every approach. Silencing the bell should audibly change the battle.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: The cracked bell itself — dangerous to keep, valuable to the Inquisition as a corrupted relic, and audible to something whenever it rings.
