// Traits

Machine Mind. The medical servitor does not make Morale checks and cannot be dissuaded, only powered down. It announces each procedure politely before beginning.

Corrupted Triage. The medical servitor classifies the wounded as priority patients. On its turn it always moves toward the most bloodied creature it can perceive.

// Actions

Restraint Clamps. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: the target is Grappled and Pinned for treatment until freed (Strength check DC 12).

Unscheduled Surgery. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one Grappled, Pinned, or helpless target. Hit: 2d6 + 2 slashing damage from surgical tools that were sterile once.

Sedative Mist. The servitor vents anesthetic gas in a 10-foot zone around itself. Creatures in the zone make a Toughness Save DC 12 or have Disadvantage on attacks and checks until the end of their next turn.

Morale: Does not make Morale checks (machine mind). It continues its rounds until destroyed, disabled, or given a valid medicae override.

Tactics: Play it calm and wrong: it announces procedures, thanks its patients, and pursues the most wounded party member with gentle insistence. It should terrify far beyond its stats.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Its patient log records everyone treated here — and when the treatments stopped being survivable.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

A Medical Servitor Gone Wrong is a care unit whose triage logic has curdled — still diagnosing, still treating, no longer constrained by consent or anesthesia. It wants to help until you stop moving.

// Battlefield Use

Use this enemy for medicae-bay horror scenes and malfunctioning facility encounters where the threat is unsettling before it is dangerous.

// Threat Profile

Threat Profile: Low durability, weak but frightening melee, grapple-and-restrain pressure, no morale, mostly a horror and hazard piece.

// Signature Traits

Machine Mind. Does not check Morale; cannot be dissuaded, only powered down.

Corrupted Triage. Classifies the wounded as priority patients; it moves toward whoever is most bloodied.

// Signature Actions

Restraint Clamps. Grapples one target for treatment; the restrained target is Pinned until freed.

Unscheduled Surgery. Melee attack against a grappled or helpless target with surgical tools that were sterile once.

Sedative Mist. Small zone; failed Toughness Saves impose Disadvantage until the end of the target's next turn.

Morale: None. It continues its rounds until destroyed, disabled, or given a valid medicae override.

Tactics: Play it calm and wrong: it announces procedures, thanks patients, and pursues the most wounded party member with gentle insistence. It should terrify far beyond its stats and make players fear being bloodied. A Tech or medicae override ends it — killing the bloodied party member's fear takes longer.
