// Traits

Repulsor Chassis. The lokhust hovers, ignoring difficult terrain, ground hazards, and elevation, and it holds a firing solution while drifting: moving does not impair its attacks.

Extermination Doctrine. Once the lokhust damages a target, it gains +1 to hit that target until the target dies. It does not switch problems mid-solution.

// Actions

Gauss Destructor. Ranged Attack: +8 to hit, range 100/300 ft., one target. Hit: 3d10 + 4 energy damage, and the target loses 1 Defense as armor is flayed away (until repaired). Light Cover struck by the beam is destroyed.

Enfilade Drift. The lokhust drifts up to its full speed along the party's flank and makes one Gauss Destructor attack. If it ends its move where the target's cover no longer faces it, the target gains no Defense bonus from cover against this attack.

// Reactions

Drift Correction. When a ranged attack misses the lokhust, it drifts 10 feet to a new firing angle without provoking attacks.

Morale: Does not make Morale checks. It phases out only when the extermination ledger is complete or command drags it home.

Tactics: Run the lokhust as mobile artillery with a grudge: it picks one target, deletes it, then picks the next. Never let it sit where the party's plan expects — drift it to angles that turn their cover into decoration. Its counter is committed close assault, which is exactly where the skorpekhs are waiting.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: The gauss destructor's focusing crystal is intact more often than not — a weapon-grade relic with a waiting list of dangerous buyers.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

A Lokhust Destroyer-Type traded its legs for a repulsor platform and its remaining sanity for a gauss cannon, drifting across the battlefield erasing life with clerical patience. It is the Destroyer cult's answer to distance.

// Battlefield Use

Use this enemy when Necron firepower needs to move — a heavy weapon that repositions faster than the party can flank it.

// Threat Profile

High durability, heavy long-range gauss fire, hover mobility over any terrain, no morale, methodical target erasure.

// Signature Traits

Repulsor Chassis. Hovers: ignores difficult terrain, hazards, and elevation, holding firing solutions while drifting.

Extermination Doctrine. Once it damages a target, it gains +1 to hit that target until it dies; the Lokhust does not switch problems mid-solution.

// Signature Actions

Gauss Destructor. Heavy flaying beam with brutal damage and armor degradation on a hit; cover struck by it erodes.

Enfilade Drift. Moves and fires without penalty, sliding along the party's flank to unmake their cover geometry.

Morale: None; it phases out only when the extermination ledger is complete or command drags it home.
