Proficiencies: Awareness +3

// Traits

Void Armor. Sealed exo-plate reduces all ballistic and las damage the warrior takes by 2, and the warrior is immune to environmental hazards such as vacuum, toxic atmosphere, and extreme temperature.

Grudge Marker. Once a target damages a Kin ally, all Kin Warriors gain +1 to hit that target for the rest of the scene. Debts are logged and collected.

// Actions

Bolt Revolver. Ranged Attack: +5 to hit, range 60/180 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 + 2 ballistic damage. If the warrior has not moved this turn, the attack is made at +6 to hit; patience is a weapon system.

Plasma Knife. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + 2 energy damage.

Overlapping Field. The warrior sets Reactive Fire covering its own arc and one adjacent ally's arc until the start of its next turn.

Morale: Disciplined: holds while the position holds, withdraws in good order when the votann-math says so, and never routs.

Tactics: Run Kin Warriors as the professional army the party is not ready for: overlapping Fire Lanes, mutual cover, and no free flanks. They punish aggression with Reactive Fire and answer casualties with focus fire on the debtor. Retreat, when it comes, is a maneuver - and usually covering something worse arriving.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Ancestral-grade exo-plate and bolt revolvers built to outlast their owners - and a League salvage-claim beacon that says someone will come asking after them.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

A Kin Warrior is a squat, void-hardened soldier in exo-plate carrying a weapon built to last three centuries of continuous grudge. It fights like it mines: methodically, in teams, until the job is done.

// Battlefield Use

Use this enemy when the party faces disciplined, well-armored opposition that does not panic, does not overextend, and does not miss twice.

// Threat Profile

High durability for line infantry, steady accurate fire, excellent cover discipline, coordinated squad tactics, disciplined rather than breakable morale.

// Signature Traits

Void Armor. Sealed exo-plate reduces incoming damage from small arms and shrugs off environmental hazards entirely.

Grudge Marker. Once a target damages a Kin ally, all Kin Warriors gain +1 to hit that target; debts are logged and collected.

// Signature Actions

Bolt Revolver Volley. Reliable ranged fire; +1 to hit if the warrior did not move, because patience is a weapon system.

Plasma Knife. Short brutal melee answer for anyone who thought closing distance was clever.

Overlapping Field. Sets Reactive Fire covering an adjacent ally's arc as well as its own.

Morale: Disciplined: holds while the position holds, withdraws in good order when the votann-math says so, and never routs.

Tactics: Run Kin Warriors as the professional army the party isn't ready for: overlapping Fire Lanes, mutual cover, and no free flanks. They punish aggression with Reactive Fire and answer casualties with focus fire on the debtor. Retreat, when it comes, is a maneuver — and it is usually covering something worse arriving.
