Saves: Toughness +7

// Traits

Machine Mind. The heavy combat servitor does not make Morale checks and is immune to fear and Suppression.

Armored Frame. The heavy combat servitor reduces all damage from light weapons by 3. Anti-armor weapons and attacks against its exposed maintenance hatch (a called shot, or a Tech check DC 13 to locate) ignore this.

Firing Solutions. The heavy combat servitor may maintain a Fire Lane and still attack a separate target each round.

// Actions

Heavy Bolter Sweep. Ranged Attack: +6 to hit, range 100/300 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 3 ballistic damage. An Exposed creature adjacent to the target also takes 1d10 ballistic damage.

Suppression Protocol. The heavy combat servitor suppresses a 15-foot zone within heavy bolter range. Creatures in the zone make a Willpower Save DC 13 or become Pinned until the start of its next turn.

// Reactions

Piston Backhand. When a creature hits the heavy combat servitor with a melee attack, it may strike back: Melee Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 2d6 + 4 bludgeoning damage, and the target is hurled 10 feet away and Exposed until the start of its next turn.

Morale: Does not make Morale checks (machine mind). It executes its defense protocol until destroyed, disabled, or countermanded by legitimate command codes.

Tactics: Hold a prepared position with interlocking lanes and make the direct approach unthinkable. The encounter turns on finding its blind arc, its command node, or its maintenance hatch.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Its countermand codes, if recovered, turn the next servitor of its pattern from a fight into a prize.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

A Heavy Combat Servitor is a walking weapons mount on an armored industrial frame — a small vehicle's firepower with a servitor's total indifference. It is what a defense budget looks like when it stops caring about survivors.

// Battlefield Use

Use this enemy as a room's centerpiece threat: a mobile bunker the party must outmaneuver, out-tech, or crack with anti-armor fire.

// Threat Profile

Threat Profile: High durability, heavy ranged and melee damage, strong Suppression output, no morale, slow, weak against flanking and Tech exploitation.

// Signature Traits

Machine Mind. Does not check Morale; immune to fear and Suppression.

Armored Frame. Light weapons deal reduced damage; anti-armor tools and weak points matter.

Firing Solutions. May maintain a Fire Lane and still attack a separate target each round.

// Signature Actions

Heavy Bolter Sweep. Punishing ranged attack; adjacent Exposed targets may also be threatened.

Suppression Protocol. Suppresses a 15-foot zone; failed Willpower Saves cause Pinned.

Piston Backhand. Heavy melee response that hurls an adjacent attacker away Exposed.

Morale: None. It executes its defense protocol until destroyed, disabled, or countermanded by legitimate command codes.

Tactics: Give it a prepared position with interlocking lanes and let it make the direct approach unthinkable. The encounter should turn on finding its blind arc, its command node, or its maintenance hatch. If the party finds its countermand codes, the fight becomes a prize.
