Threat File — Drukhari Haemonculus Acolyte
TR 6 · DrukhariSaves: Toughness +6, Willpower +6
Proficiencies: Medicae +7, Intimidation +4
Senses: Sees clearly in dim light and darkness within 60 feet
Grafted Endurance. The acolyte reduces all incoming damage by 2. It has replaced its own capacity for shock.
Apprentice of Agony. Wrack allies within 30 feet never make Morale checks. They fear the table more than the party.
Scalpel Array. Melee Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 + 2 piercing damage. On a critical hit, the acolyte may forgo extra damage to leave the target Blinded, Bleeding, or Exposed until the end of the target's next turn — its choice, made with professional interest.
Stinger Ampule. Ranged Attack: +6 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 2 toxic damage, and the target makes a Toughness Save DC 13 or is Poisoned and suffers Disadvantage on its next save.
Preserve the Specimen. Up to two wrack allies within 30 feet immediately move up to their speed and begin dragging a downed creature toward the raid's cages instead of finishing it.
Morale: Withdraws behind its wracks when threatened — its master's investment must be protected, and its master keeps accounts.
Tactics: Keep it behind a screen of wracks, harvesting: every downed party member or NPC becomes a preservation attempt. It fights defensively, poisons persistently, and retreats toward the lair's deeper horrors.
Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Its notes, cage keys, and specimen ledger should be worth more than its corpse — and name the coven's next harvest site.
