Saves: Toughness +8

Senses: Ghost-sight: perceives through its spiritseer's guidance, seeing normally through darkness and smoke

// Traits

Wraithbone Frame. The wraithguard reduces all incoming damage by 3. Small arms accomplish philosophy, not harm.

Soul Within. The wraithguard does not make Morale checks and is immune to fear, Suppression, toxic damage, and pain-based effects. It has already died once.

Ghost-Sight. If the guiding spiritseer or warlock falls, the wraithguard acts last in each round, and at the GM's discretion fixates on its current target or wanders.

// Actions

Wraithcannon. Ranged Attack: +7 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4d10 + 4 warp damage. The attack ignores Defense bonuses from cover, and a creature reduced to 0 Vitality by it is torn out of its place in reality entirely.

Implacable Advance. The wraithguard moves up to its Movement, ignoring difficult terrain and hazardous ground. Reactive Fire against this movement suffers Disadvantage.

Ghostly Bulwark. The wraithguard braces as a wall until the start of its next turn: it cannot move, and allies behind it gain Heavy Cover against attacks from the arc it faces.

Morale: Does not make Morale checks. The dead do not reconsider; it advances until destroyed or recalled.

Tactics: Move it slowly at the thing the party cannot abandon and let the dread arithmetic work. The wraithcannon means no fortification is safe, so the party must kite it, isolate it from its seer, or spend real anti-armor answers. Killing the spiritseer is the clever counter — and the craftworld considers it a war crime worth avenging.

Loot / Evidence / Hooks: The spirit stone in its chest is a dead Aeldari's soul; taking it is grave-robbery the craftworld will cross a sector to answer.

Enemy Dossier

GM Reference

An Aeldari Wraithguard-Type is a ghost-warrior — a wraithbone construct animated by the soul of a dead Aeldari and armed with weapons that unmake matter at short range. It is the craftworld's grief, weaponized and walking.

// Battlefield Use

Use this enemy as the implacable heavy element in an Aeldari force: a slow, terrifying wall that ends whatever it finally reaches.

// Threat Profile

Threat Profile: Very high durability, wraithcannon fire that deletes armor and flesh alike, slow and deliberate, immune to fear and morale, dependent on spiritseer guidance, vulnerable to being kited and isolated.

// Signature Traits

Wraithbone Frame. Reduces incoming damage substantially; small arms accomplish philosophy, not harm.

Soul Within. No morale; immune to fear, Suppression, and pain. It has already died once.

Ghost-Sight. Perceives through the spiritseer's guidance; if its seer falls, it acts one beat late and may fixate or wander at GM discretion.

// Signature Actions

Wraithcannon. Short-range attack that tears a hole in the target's place in reality; armor, cover quality, and Vitality totals all disappoint their owners.

Implacable Advance. Moves through fire that would stop anything living, unbothered, unhurried.

Ghostly Bulwark. Braces as a wall; allies behind it gain Heavy Cover against the arc it faces.

Morale: None. It advances until destroyed or recalled; the dead do not reconsider.

Tactics: Move it slowly at the thing the party cannot abandon and let the dread arithmetic work. Its wraithcannon means no fortification is safe, so the party must kite, isolate it from its seer, or spend real anti-armor answers. Killing the spiritseer is the clever counter — and the craftworld considers it a war crime worth avenging.
