Senses: Spirit-guided sensors perceive normally through darkness, smoke, and psychic interference
Wraithbone Grace. After making an attack, the grav-tank may move up to half its Movement. It is rarely where the return fire goes: ranged attacks against it after it has moved this round suffer Disadvantage.
No Predictable Lanes. The grav-tank ignores terrain and attacks from arcs the party's cover does not face. When it attacks a target in cover from an unexpected arc, that cover grants no Defense bonus.
Spirit-Guided Systems. The grav-tank cannot be Suppressed and its attacks never suffer penalties from its own movement; its fire discipline is perfect until the hull fails. If forced to remain stationary for a full round, it loses Wraithbone Grace until it moves again.
Prism Lance. Ranged Attack: +10 to hit, range 300/900 ft., one target. Hit: 4d10 + 8 energy damage. Against vehicles, emplacements, and fortified positions this attack ignores armor plating traits.
Slicing Pass. The grav-tank moves up to its full Movement, making one Prism Lance attack at any point during the move. Pinned targets cannot make Reactive Fire against this movement.
Fade Behind the World. The grav-tank withdraws up to twice its Movement behind terrain, ending the engagement on its terms. This movement does not provoke Reactive Fire.
Contemptuous Drift. When a ranged attack misses the grav-tank, it may immediately move 15 feet without provoking Reactive Fire.
Morale: Tactical withdrawal, never panic. It leaves the moment the exchange rate disappoints, and returns when it won't.
Tactics: Never park it. One precise attack per appearance, from a new arc each time, prioritizing whatever the party cannot afford to lose. The counter is prediction and denial: seal its arcs, bait its pass, or force it to defend something. A grav-tank that must hold ground is already half dead.
Loot / Evidence / Hooks: Wraithbone hull segments that hum with dead voices, a prism weapon beyond human replication, and spirit stones the Aeldari will come back for.
Enemy Dossier
GM ReferenceAn Aeldari Grav-Tank-Type is a fast xenos skimmer that refuses predictable lanes — a curve of wraithbone and contempt that fires from angles the party did not know were angles. It fights like a blade, not a tank.
Use this vehicle when armored support should be uncatchable: raids, extractions, and engagements the Aeldari intend to win without being touched.
Threat Profile: Moderate armor with speed as its real defense, precision heavy firepower, total terrain freedom, punishes static positions, fragile once pinned or forced to hold ground.
Wraithbone Grace. Moves after attacking; it is rarely where the return fire goes.
No Predictable Lanes. Ignores terrain and approach doctrine; it attacks from arcs the party's cover does not face.
Spirit-Guided Systems. Cannot be Suppressed into inaccuracy; its fire discipline is perfect until the hull fails.
Prism Lance. Precision heavy attack that selects the party's most valuable armored or fortified asset.
Slicing Pass. Crosses the battlefield in one action, attacking mid-move without provoking Reactive Fire from Pinned targets.
Fade Behind the World. Withdraws behind terrain at full speed, ending the engagement on its terms.
